Product Introduction
Thi-dimension compound geonet for drainage is made of a unique thi-dimension geonet and adhesive with geotextiles on both sides. It has the property of geotextile(filtration) and geonet(drainage and protection), it provide a complete function system" filtration-drainage-protection". The core of net with its unique tri-dimension structure can bear higher compressing load in construction and remanin the certain thickness, provide a good water conductivity.

Tri Dimension Composite Geonet Function
♦ Excellent drainage function, can bear long time high press load.
♦ High tensile and shear strength.
♦ Reduce the rate of geotextile embedding into the core of geonet, it can protect the water conductivity stable and long time.
♦ Can bear more than 2000kpa compression load.
♦ The anti-compression capacity is much higher than the common drainage geonet.
Tri Dimension Composite Geonet Production
Material Preparation
Polymer pellets (HDPE/PP) are melted for extrusion.
Geotextile fabric (nonwoven or woven) is prepared for lamination.
Extrusion & Molding
Molten polymer is extruded through a 3D mold to form the core drainage net (zigzag or dimpled structure).
Cooling & Shaping
The hot net passes through cooling rollers to solidify its 3D structure.
Geotextile Lamination
One or both sides are thermally bonded or needle-punched with geotextile for filtration.
Cutting & Rolling
The composite net is cut to required dimensions and rolled.
Quality Control
Tests include thickness, tensile strength, flow capacity, and peel resistance.
Packaging
Wrapped in protective film for storage/transport.

Tri Dimension Composite Geonet Application
1. Soft soil foundation drainage.
2. Back drain in retaining walls and dams.
3. Landfill drains.
4. Road drain

Tri Dimension Composite Geonet Installation
1. Orient the geosynthetics so that the length of the roll is perpendicular to the road.
2. Geosynthetics must be terminated, with the geotextiles on adjacent geonet cores overlapped along the roll.
3. Connect the rolls by connecting the geonet cores of adjacent geosynthetics with white or yellow plastic buckles or polymer straps. Connect with straps every 3 feet along the length of the roll.
4. The overlapped geotextiles must be in the same direction as the fill stacking.
If the geosynthetics are laid between the foundation/base and the subbase, continuous wedge welding, flat head welding or stitching should be performed to secure the upper layer of the overlapped geotextiles.
If stitching is used, it is recommended to use the flat head stitching method or the general stitching method to achieve the economical requirements of the stitch length.
