Chemical Resistant HDPE Smooth Geomembrane Ideal for Complex Environments
Product Introduction
Smooth geomembrane, also known as smooth-surface geomembrane, is a widely used waterproof and barrier type of geosynthetic material. It is mainly made of high molecular polymer, usually using high-quality primary high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as the impervious base material. During the production process, a special formula is used to add carbon black, antioxidants, anti-aging agents, ultraviolet absorbers, and color concentrates as auxiliary materials, and it is precisely manufactured using highly automated equipment and a three-layer co-extrusion blow molding technology.
Physical characteristics
The smooth surface geomembrane has the following remarkable characteristics and advantages:
Extremely Low Permeability: Effectively prevents liquid penetration, suitable for occasions with high requirements for leak prevention.
Outstanding chemical resistance: Capable of resisting the erosion of various chemicals, suitable for a wide range of complex environments.
Ultraviolet Resistance: Excellent resistance to ultraviolet light, extending the service life.
High cost-effectiveness: Compared to other impervious materials, the smooth geomembrane has a high cost-effectiveness.
Wide Temperature Adaptability: Can be used under extreme temperature conditions, maintaining good performance from as low as -70°C to as high as 110°C.
Environmental Friendliness: Made with high-quality virgin plastic and carbon black particles, it contains no preservatives and does not pollute water or soil.
